Refund Policy

At Zyrvo Web Solutions, we want you to be confident in your investment. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may be available for our web development and digital services.

Important: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our services fail to meet consumer guarantees (due care and skill, fitness for purpose, or reasonable time), you are entitled to a remedy.

1. Free demos

Our initial website demos are completely free and carry no obligation. No payment is required to receive a demo.

2. Deposits and cancellation before work begins

If you have paid a deposit and decide to cancel the project before any work has commenced, we will refund your deposit in full within 10 business days. Once work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Project in progress

If you cancel a project after work has begun, we will issue a partial refund for the portion of work not yet completed. This will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred (such as third-party licenses, stock imagery, or domain registrations).

4. Defective or unsatisfactory work

If you believe the final deliverables are defective or do not match the agreed scope, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue at no additional cost. If the issue cannot be resolved after two good-faith revision rounds, we will offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

5. Hosting and maintenance

Hosting and maintenance fees are billed in advance. We do not offer refunds for hosting or maintenance periods that have already commenced. You may cancel your hosting plan at any time with 30 days' notice; no lock-in contracts apply.

6. Domain names and third-party services

Refunds for domain names, premium plugins, stock imagery, or other third-party purchases are subject to the refund policies of those suppliers. In most cases, these items are non-refundable once purchased.

7. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with your invoice number and a brief explanation. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major problems, you are entitled to cancel the service and receive a refund or compensation for the drop in value. For minor problems, we will fix the issue within a reasonable time.
